DSC03660With Blue Sun Yoga, we are offering a unique, BSYC Teaching Training Program. You will be living and practicing with your teachers and fellow students in a retreat-type setting. The program is aligned with the original teachings of yoga where the practice transcends the mat into our daily life and ripples into the world around us. While living together at a beautiful ocean-front home, we will embrace and immerse in the 8-limbed path of yoga. The training will begin with an in-depth study of the history and philosophies of yoga.
Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica 200 hour yoga teacher training with instructors Wendy Dahl and Leigh Lubin

The Osa Peninsula is a remote rainforest wonderland of biological diversity and pristine beaches. Corcovado National Park is untouched rainforest with abundant wildlife while the Cano Island Biological Reserve provides some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving in all of Costa Rica. The beaches are deserted and picturesque.  Wake up to the vibrant colors of toucans, the chatter of four species of monkeys, and the ocean right out front. Stroll along secluded beaches, surf, watch for dolphins and whales, enjoy the sunsets, and fall asleep to the rhythm of the waves. This tropical paradise will be your backdrop for diving into your yoga practice, studying philosophy, understanding your anatomy and physiology, and developing your teaching skills. It’s simple, magical, and full of inspiration!

$3750 before September 15 , $4350 after. Includes immersion, food, lodging, and manual. Nonrefundable deposit of $600.
